Solutions, Inc. files for Chapter 7
Bankruptcy!
After years of operating a successful business
from their home, a run-in with Homeland Security regarding the
purchase and resale of counterfeit Cisco equipment and the downturn
in the economy have evidently strained Lance Kaplan and Stone
Network Solutions past their viable limits.
With several attempts to reconcile accounts and
an Emailed commitment from Lance Kaplan, Vice President of Stone
Network Solutions, to "get in touch", have received a single
page letter from Stone's attorney's describing the terms of their
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
As of this post, Stone Network Solution's website
(http://www.stoneit.com) is
non-responsive and phone calls have gone unanswered. Emails
sent to Lance Kaplan (lance@stoneit.com)
bounce back as undeliverable. Furthermore, it has come to our
attention that Lance Kaplan is now working for another computer
reseller located in Pottstown PA. Located within minutes from
Stone Network Solution's location, they are a former client of Stone
Network Solutions.
Although we have instituted legal actions to
protect the monies owed to us through services and materials
provided to Stone and their clients in turn, we hope that all
involved will emerge from this better for their road traveled.
